Louise Bourgeois

I like how she uses soft light tones, instead of harsh white, it makes it seem more natural and warm. I also think her use of red is very interesting, especially in the use of flowers and hands. The flowers are typically green, and the hands often aren't painted as red, because they look more like blood prints in this case, and based upon other paintings of hers that depict pregnancy, birth, and sex makes me think that she chose to make them look like they represent blood.
